Welcome!
Local Chef & Entrepreneur Courtney Poissant opened CP's Catering & Sandwich Shop in October 2021 to fill a niche for a great sandwich shop and catering kitchen in the up-and-coming Wood Street neighborhood of downtown Bristol.
Courtney is also the owner of Common Pub & Grille, a family establishment and local staple for over 40 years, and plays a major role in helping to revitalize the community. She is one of the leaders of Wood Street Works, a grass roots organization dedicated to growing and enriching the Wood Street district, and also volunteers her time with Bristol Health Equity Zone, a community-wide effort to improve the health and well-being of Bristol residents through innovative programs and services.

Sandwich Shop
CP's Catering & Sandwich Shop offers delicious sandwiches, wraps, paninis, soups, salads and desserts, all made-to-order with the freshest ingredients and toppings.
From classics like the Italian, to local favorites like our Chourico & Peppers, to creative options like our Chicken Mozambique sub, there's something for everyone on our menu. All sandwiches, wraps and paninis are served with your choice of coleslaw, pasta salad, potato salad or a bag of chips. We also offer baskets of shoe string fries, seasoned sweet potatoes and onion petals.
